What is Catered Living at Park Place?

Catered Living is an option that includes some nursing care and other supportive services in a homelike residential environment. People choose this level of care when they need help with daily activities like getting dressed, bathing, managing their medications, making meals, doing laundry, or other tasks. A move into assisted living often comes with a healthcare assessment by a professional. Park Place of St. John offers this assistance through our Catered Living program.

Although people sometimes confuse assisted living with a nursing home, they are distinctly different. Designed with long-term care in mind, communities like Park Place are residential, often apartment-style homes complete with kitchens or kitchenettes, life-enriching activities, dining programs, and much more.
