Park Place of St. John has care services designed to keep you independent for as long as possible, and to help answer your questions with reasonable solutions. We’re here to lend a hand, wherever it’s needed, or simply to come alongside you and offer support.
Campus Care is a comprehensive wellness program available to our Independent Living residents to help meet your changing health needs, allowing you to stay independent longer. You can choose just the right wellness package to fit your situation.
As a caregiver for your parent, we know you have a lot on your plate. If you are going on a trip, or simply need a break, our Respite program allows your parents to stay in one of our furnished apartments. They will have full access to our community, and they'll receive any assistance they need. You can take a worry-free vacation and know that Mom or Dad is having a wonderful time at Park Place.

Transition to Home is a great option for those who have been discharged from a rehab or hospital stay, but are not quite ready to go home and live independently. We work with your healthcare professionals to provide a plan of assistance in our community to get you back home when you’re ready.
