This system uses 3D motion analysis and biofeedback to identify any deficits in your balance, gait, and function. This easy-to-use assessment takes less than three minutes, and can detect underlying musculoskeletal and sensory issues that can lead to falls.
Using the data from your screening, your healthcare team will design an exercise program just for you. This targeted strengthening program can include working with a Well-Being trainer in our Fitness Center, as well as guided exercises you can do in the comfort of your own apartment. And you’ll be able to track your progress and share your results with your doctor!
