Innovative Memory Support is available at the Assisted Living level, as well as a skilled nursing level in our unique Small House.

Sub-Acute Rehabilitation

After an illness, accident, or injury, we can help you get back on your feet. Our rehab services are covered by Medicare and most major insurance companies. Come to us after your hospital stay, and we’ll get you back to your life.

Medical Director

Dr. Keith Mulki

Dr. Mulki has international experience, and has practiced in the Chicago south suburbs for the last decade. His patients appreciate how accessible he is, and how well he communicates with them about their medical conditions.

Dr. Mulki earned his medical degree from Damascus University, and completed residencies at Advocate Christ Medical Center and University of Illinois at Chicago. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, and is credentialed and privileged at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, Illinois.
