As people reached out to Providence Life Services for various senior living options, many people expressed that they felt overwhelmed by the amount of choices they had to make for aging family members. While Providence had multiple care and housing options, some of the day-to-day care management tasks were out of our hands, and families struggled to coordinate care—especially those who lived hundreds of miles away.

The answer to the care management dilemma was found when Providence launched Providence Solutions in 2018.
